Like a diapered newborn in her highchair, 412 fidgets restlessly, anxious to come out and play. Metal restraining her absolutely around the neck and wrists, she fixes her makeup chained to the station. Metal boots tightened at the bottom crush her finely arched feet, causing her large eyes to glaze with tears. With a rubber brake laced over neck and mouth, she is forced to gulp water that drips into her mouth through a long tube.

Here I was, back for yet another show. While I felt the usual excitement, I also felt quite nervous. There were so many of my past successful shows to ‘top.’ Pd heightened my nervousness by locking me into this complicated metal-bondage setup and torturous metal boots. Maybe it wasn’t so bad though…at least for this show I would be relieved of the anxiety that I usually felt during the beginning of a show. Normally, I think about all those watching and it makes me fidgety.

I feel such a loyalty and belief in the established models who so obviously show such total bravery and commitment in their shows that I confess I view any newcomer with a little bit of suspicion. Not hostility in any way, I always feel supportive, but I find it difficult to believe or accept that yet another can be so ‘special’. However, in my view, 1020 has just joined the very best here.

Arabesque, released in the raw after az’s September, 2001 live feed, paints us a portrait of an untried, vulnerable az, willing to sustain extreme duress. The distilled Arabesque brings az to tears repeatedly as she’s taken through a series of ballet-like positions and exercises. After all, the arts are a form of torture, and in Arabesque, torture becomes a form of art.

Impaled on a steel dildo, 1016 balances dangerously in a pair of high heels. With her face encased in a metal head cage and voluptuous breasts nearly bursting out of her business suit, she stands stiff at attention. Suffering almost motionlessly, she is filled with fear and trepidation. Just as she should be.
